Growing up has ingrained many values – love for simplicity, an appreciation for beauty and above all the passion and determination to go beyond expectations. I know how important your wedding day is & how many hours go into planning your perfect day. It is a day where you will constantly live in the moment & take in every joyous part. When you look back at your images from that day, you will always relive those moments and memories. My photographs capture the feeling, mood, and excitement for a life time. Beyond any investment for your wedding day, the memories from your photographs are priceless.

The Algonquin Moose

This is another image that was taken on a trip I was guiding the summer of 2009 with Kim Emerson. We easily paddled 12+ km in only a few short hours, but the time & effort spent was well worth it & very rewarding - What an incredible day! We spotted 5 moose that day. Photographed 3 Bulls, 2 of them in the same location & watched from a distance a cow & calf.

Along with a plethora of waterfowl, reptiles & amazing Algonquin Park landscape, we spotted photographed a Sand Hill Crane with young walking through the tall grasses of the creek we were paddling – at the time, a rarity to see in the Park.

All in all a very successful day & I can’t wait to get back!

Lily

With eyes of cold blue steel, a personality of indifference, and coat as soft as silk, you don't mess with Lily when she is focused as some of our males with tell you, you also don't see her true spirit until she is running!! An amazing 9 year old girl who came to us in 2005, she quickly became one of our main leaders.... With the retirement of her dad Max last winter from the raceteam, Lily took over the role of top lead dog. Last year she was responsible for leading almost all of the 700 miles on the Iditarod trail and was Hank's go to girl. Lily had a litter of 5 pups the fall of '07 after she chose (yes she chose!!) Harley as her suitor. This was after literally chasing away or staring down every other male we introduced her to that we thought would be a good dad. 4 of her pups are now on the race team, Lily knew what she was doing!
